Inherit Fine Traditions and Sustain Innovation and Development – The Success of the 24th Shengyi Newspaper Annual Conference
On November 23rd, 2018, 80 people, including the management, newspaper committee and active newspaper participants of the SYTECH group, gathered in Huizhou to have the 24th Shengyi Newspaper Annual Conference.
General Manager Assistant Mr. Zhou host the Conference. Chairman Mr. Liu Shufeng gave everyone a warm welcome with a passionate speech, opening the grand annual conference.
The Editorial Department of Shengyi Newspaper showed the wonderful journey of the newspaper in 2018 with a 30-minute video as an annual report, in which we saw that all columns including Shengyi News, Sunshine Life, Shengyi Article and Parent-child Reader as well as the work summary of three companies, exceed what Shengyi Newspaper can do in the past with the participation of a great number of employees, innovation from the employees and demonstration of SYTECH people’s spirit.
Chairman Mr. Liu Gave a Keynote Speech for the Conference
Chairman Mr. Liu delivered a keynote speech, Inherit Fine Traditions and Sustain Innovation and Development. He sent three main messages in his speech.
1. Adhere to correct political directions and try to use correct outlook on life and sense of right and wrong to influence SYTECH people. Develop SYTECH people to be noble, to make contributions to the country and people, responsible for their families and full of positive energy.
2. As the proverb says, each generation offers its own men of parts and Blue is extracted from the indigo plant but is bluer than the latter. In 2018, Shengyi Newspaper changed its header into cyan and new writers such as Doraemon and Li Pingshi showed their talents, injecting new vitality into Shengyi Newspaper.
3. We see various cultures and features from four places intertwine perfectly in Shengyi Newspaper. We have great business articles, such as Grasp Development Opportunities and Strive for Better Development forwarded and referenced widely in the industry as well as 300,000 Gift Money Required by Mother-in-law, a life article which causes widespread resonance, showing the comprehensiveness, innovation and development of Shengyi Newspaper.
At the end of Mr. Liu’s speech, he raised some requirements: keep doing the newspaper on our own and make it closer to the employees, with more features and serve the group development, the market and future development.
Award Ceremony of Outstanding Department
The list of Outstanding Individual, Outstanding Article and Active Writer was announced in the conference. The Zero Mistake Award and Outstanding Department Award were awarded.
The Honorary Announcement of SYTECH Culture Founder
As the management leader of SYTECH and the Editor-in-chief of Shengyi Newspaper, Chairman Mr. Liu Shufeng have been writing to develop SYTECH culture for 25 years since the Preface to the First Issue in December 1993. In one fourth of a century, the front page article of every Shengyi Newspaper must be the favorite one among the readers. Mr. Liu influences every generation of SYTECH people with his thinking and outlook on life and value. 25 years of writing with more than 500,000 words show his deep thinking and wisdom, and Mr. Liu, is well worthy of the name, SYTECH Culture Founder.
The Handover Ceremony of Editor-in-chief and Chief Editor of Shengyi Newspaper
In the short while grand Editor-in-chief handover ceremony, Chairman Mr. Liu Shufeng passed on the flag which represents the Editor-in-chief of Shengyi Newspaper to General Manger Mr. Chen Renxi and wished him to stick to the original intention of culture inheritance and develop a better future with innovation. Meanwhile, Mr. Liu awarded the Honorary Chief Editor to Mr. Zhou and Manager Mr. Luo Liyu received the Letter of Appointment of Shengyi Newspaper Chief Editor. All the attendees showed their gratitude to Editor-in-chief Mr. Liu and Chief Editor Mr. Zhou’s contributions to Shengyi Newspaper as well as welcome to new Editor-in-chief and Chief Editor with warm applauses. Since then, a new chapter opened.
After the handover ceremony, the Editorial Department of Shengyi Newspaper conducted an interview with General Manager Mr. Chen, our new Editor-in-chief. During the interview, Mr. Chen pointed out that Shengyi Newspaper will inherit our spirit and continue to develop. He will also better encourage and motivate the development of Shengyi Newspaper and develop it into a solid SYTECH culture foundation.

The free discussion session was host by Manager Mr. Luo Liyu. There are five topics and editors and active attendees voiced their opinions and put forward considerable great suggestions. All agree that what makes a group enterprise stays is corporate culture. SYTECH culture is active and meaningful, exuding its charm from the inside out.
Mr. Chen Made Conclusion Speech for the Conference
Mr. Chen made a speech, Stand on the Giant's Shoulder and Keep on Running, to conclude the conference. He thanked the past Editor-in-chief and Chief Editor of Shengyi Newspaper and put forward new requirements to it development. He pointed out that we should make good use of the two platforms, Shengyi Newspaper and Shengyi WeChat Account, demonstrate high quality with strict standards and continue to spread the positive energy of SYTECH. He hoped that all SYTECH people can work together, keep cooperate development and employee need in mind, stick to our root, inherit and develop. Together, we will promote the mutual development of management, technology and corporate culture in SYTECH!
