Shengyi Technology Co., Ltd. (SYTECH) was founded in June 1985, with registered capital of 2.1 billion RMB. SYTECH is a Sino-foreign listed joint venture invested by several major shareholders, including Hong Kong Weihua Electronics Co., Ltd., Dongguan Electronic Industry Corporation and Guangdong Foreign Trade Development Corporation. SYTECH is located in the North Industrial Park of Songshan Lake Science and Technology Industrial Park and Wanjiang Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 370,000 square meters (about 560 acres). SYTECH employs about 3,500 employees.
SYTECH mainly develops, produces and sells flame-retardant epoxy glass fabric reinforced laminate, composite epoxy material, prereg for multilayer circuit boards and flexible circuit material. At present, we have an annual production of 45 million square meters of rigid boards, 70 million meters of prepreg, 9.6 million square meters of FCCL and 12.6 million square meters of film products.
