Shengyi Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in July 2002 with registered capital of 740 million RMB. It is a joint venture established by Shengyi Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Weihua Electronics Co., Ltd. The company is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, covering an area of 220,000 square meters (about 340 acres) and has more than 1,000 employees.
The company mainly develops, produces and sells epoxy glass fabric CCL and prepreg for multilayer boards. At present, the annual production capacity is 13 million square meters of laminate and 17 million meters of prepreg.
In 2010, the company established Jiangsu Province High-density Interconnect Ultra-thin Base Material Engineering Technology Research Center. In 2013, it was recognized as Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center. In 2017, the company established Jiangsu Post-graduate Workstation with Soochow University. At the same time, the company has introduced a number of advanced manufacturing and testing equipment from Switzerland, Japan, the United States and other countries, and owns high-purity dust-free production environment.
