Shengyi Technology (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd.was established in December 2000 with registered capital of 1.35 billion RMB. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengyi Technology Co., Ltd. The company is located in Xianyang High-tech Development Zone, covering an area of 230,000 square meters (about 350 acres) and has more than 1,400 employees.
The company mainly develops, produces and sells composite epoxy material, flame-retardant epoxy glass fabric reinforced material, IMS like thick copper base and aluminum base high thermal conductive laminate and prepreg. The annual production capacity reaches 20 million square meters of laminate and 12 million meters of prepreg.
With advanced production technology and R&D capabilities, the company has been awarded as the National Key New Product Enterprise (2004), National Competitive Enterprise in Intellectual Property (2016), Shaanxi High-tech Enterprise (2003), Top 100 Enterprises in Shaanxi Province (2015, 2017), Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations in Shaanxi Province (2018) and AA Enterprise of Xi'an Customs (2015).
