SYTECH Signed FCCL Project with LG Chemical
On July 13, 2017, Mr. Chen Renxi, General Manager of SYTECH, and Mr. KiOk Lee, Division Leader of LG Chemical of South Korea, signed a contract for the transfer of 2-FCCL coating technology,patents, equipment and trademarks in the Songshan Lake Plant of SYTECH. Mr. Liu Shufeng, Chairman of SYTECH, members of the SYTECH Project Team, representatives of LG Chemical, and representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers participated in the signing ceremony.
According to the contract, LG Chemical will transfer the full set of assets including production process, special equipment, technology, patents and trademarks relevant to coating adhesiveless FCCL as well as technical guidance services. SYTECH will quickly improve the technical level and production capacity of the coating adhesiveless FCCL to meet the growing demand of the flexible electronic material market.
